Set Captives Free, Notes

Has your enemy have you trapped? Are you Ensnared by troubles and turmoil? Are there people who are plotting against you? Do you need Deliverance?

All this is covered by the ‘righteousness, mercy, and goodness’ of the LORD God in His provision for deliverance of the Captives, setting them free!

Many times, though, Christians are still captive, even though they have their sins covered through the blood of the covenant, they are ensnared, trapped, and face troubles! While there are many troubles that come against the righteous, the LORD delivers His people out of them. When the wicked ensnare or trouble the righteous, the LORD is their defense.

Psalms 71:1  ¶In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.

Jeremiah 3:25  We lie down in our shame, and our confusion covereth us: for we have sinned against the LORD our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even unto this day, and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD our God.

1 Corinthians 14:33  For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

Knowing our place, in whom we believe, follow, and Obey, that is the only True God and his son Jesus Christ, the Savior of all Men.

This is our HOPE and Deliverance in these times of confusion and moral breakdown, it is he whom will be with us and keep us from the confusion that rests in the nations of men today!

Straight from the sixties come this special show from WARN Radio. A time when we would sit around the lake as youth and discuss, we called it ‘rapp’n’. It would last for hours and even several days. It was time of change. We did not trust the government, did not like the war, and also did many things we should not of. But by the grace and mercy of God, many have come to know the ONE True God and Jesus Christ is Son. This is both personal and relational, in that he is our Savior [from our sins] and LORD[who gave us commands to follow], so we do as he has commanded.

The LORD’S face to behold evil, recompense mens ways, and to bring those who seek his face in meekness and repentance, to the ‘covenant of promise’.

Nebuchadnezzar:
29  At the end of twelve months he walked in the palace of the kingdom of Babylon.
30  The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty?
31  While the word was in the king’s mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee.

Belshazzar:

The giving of the Law, Torah, Ex 19-20, sound of Trumpet, Fear of this living God, but through Christ we have been brought near unto Him. From the Law and Torah to the Spirit of the Law, which is Love!
Exodus 19:15 And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: come not at your wives.
16 ¶And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.
17 And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.
